By admin D : Isn’t it exciting to find another interesting and vibrant  campaign for mother’s day?!

Simple straight forward and exuberant, that’s how we can describe the new Alfa Happy Mother’s Day campaign. A copy in the middle which reads “the strongest wireless connection” enhance by a very minimal type treatment… I’m sure no one will miss it, It’s placed IN YOUR FACE!  lately Alfa is managing to keeping their campaigns smart and simple with the direction of the award winning “Leoburnett”. and they’re playing it right! (at least in advertising, considering their bad internet, and telephone services)

Only one thing kept me wondering, Alfa got us used to an Arabic version along with the Latin one which seems to be missing, as well as a missing visual connection with their previous series of campaign with the solid red and black and white illustrations. The new campaign seems visually disconnected from their identity, as if pink is the almighty color for such occasion…

By Admin I : Another Mother’s day visual comes across from MTC touch, a very usual lavender gradient with the most generic floral vector graphics, and let me be nice: a witty copywriting approach. Thanking “dad” for his prefect choice is a new approach to the mother’s day flow of campaigns, witty and feels less tacky than the emotional storm hitting the roads. The copy itself could be deja fait, but it would’ve been interesting to see the agency trying to merge between the remarkable 3.9G ” bati’ ” and such an occasion to turn it to something innovative.

In the end, make sure you don’t wish your mothers a happy day online, use your muscles!

    The MTC one, although i personally like it, but i believe they didn’t actually consider those who lost their dads or have divorced parents…it might bother them…

    interesting point but ads can’t be too politically correct after all since almost every celebration may possibly bother a part of the population
